Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
1. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
2. Layer smoked salmon on two slices of bread.
3. Add capers, red onion, and dill on top of the salmon.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
5. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
