Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar divided
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Chopped nuts pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and ½ cup of the powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour and mix until well combined.
Stir in the chopped nuts.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Roll warm cookies in the remaining powdered sugar. Let cool completely and roll in powdered sugar again.
