Sous Vide Egg Bites Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup cooked bacon bits optional
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into mason jars, filling each about three-quarters full. Add bacon bits if using.
4. Seal the jars finger-tight and place them in the water bath. Cook for 60 minutes.
5. Remove jars from the water bath and let cool slightly before serving.
