Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
  2. 2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into mason jars, filling each about three-quarters full. Add bacon bits if using.
  4. 4. Seal the jars finger-tight and place them in the water bath. Cook for 60 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove jars from the water bath and let cool slightly before serving.
