Southern Italian Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipe
A delicious Southern Italian twist on the classic Thanksgiving stuffing.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf stale Italian bread, cubed
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked onion and garlic, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and basil. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
