Main Ingredients
- 2 slices White bread Toasted if preferred
- 1 Large ripe tomato Sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the tomatoes.
4. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
