Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
5. Add cooked pasta and salsa to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro. Serve with sliced avocado on top.
