Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
  • 4 sheets nori cut in half
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Slice the Spam into 8 pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
  3. 3. Mix soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, then pour over the Spam slices in the pan. Cook until the sauce caramelizes.
  4. 4. Place a strip of nori on a flat surface, put the musubi mold on top, and fill with a layer of rice, a slice of Spam, and another layer of rice. Press down firmly.
  5. 5. Remove the mold and wrap the nori around the rice and Spam. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
