Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  2. 2. Add the corn, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
