Spicy Black Bean and Corn Burgers
A tasty and spicy vegetarian burger made with black beans and corn.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
2. Add the corn, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
6. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
