Spicy Italian Deviled Eggs
These deviled eggs have a spicy Italian twist, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish
1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, peel, and cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
