Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Gruyere or cheddar
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
