Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak preferably ribeye or sirloin
  • 6 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and blue cheese.
  4. 4. Slice the steak thinly against the grain and add to the salad.
  5. 5. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
