Ingredients
Crepe Batter

Filling

fresh strawberries, sliced

whipped cream
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Add eggs and melted butter, and whisk until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, until edges start to lift. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
