Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup whipped cream

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Add eggs and melted butter, and whisk until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until edges start to lift. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
