Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for stuffing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. On a piece of parchment paper, flatten the meat mixture into a rectangle.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the meat mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Carefully roll the meat mixture into a loaf, sealing the edges to keep the cheese inside.
  6. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 60 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
