Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice the submarine rolls in half lengthwise.
3. Layer the deli meat and cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
4. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove from the oven and add lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
6. Close the sandwiches with the top half of the rolls and serve immediately.
