Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 pieces Burger Buns
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 large Tomato sliced

Chipotle Aioli Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side up. Set aside.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic to make the aioli.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers: Spread chipotle aioli on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, the beef patty, cheddar cheese, and top with a sunny-side-up egg. Cover with the top bun.
