Sunnyside Burger with Chipotle Aioli
A delicious burger topped with a sunny-side-up egg and a spicy chipotle aioli.

Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 pieces Burger Buns
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 large Tomato sliced
Chipotle Aioli Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce minced
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
3. In the same skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side up. Set aside.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic to make the aioli.
5. Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
6. Assemble the burgers: Spread chipotle aioli on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, the beef patty, cheddar cheese, and top with a sunny-side-up egg. Cover with the top bun.
