Sushi Burritos
A fun twist on traditional sushi, combining the flavors of sushi with the convenience of a burrito.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup sliced avocado
- 1 cup sliced raw fish or cooked shrimp
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon wasabi
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
1. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
3. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and fish/shrimp in a line across the middle of the rice.
4. Roll the sushi burrito tightly using the bamboo mat.
5. Slice in half with a sharp knife and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
