Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced avocado
  • 1 cup sliced raw fish or cooked shrimp
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and fish/shrimp in a line across the middle of the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the sushi burrito tightly using the bamboo mat.
  5. 5. Slice in half with a sharp knife and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
