Meatballs
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Sauce
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Vinegar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
