  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 pieces large tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle chili powder and paprika over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
  4. Drizzle honey over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is well-coated and slightly caramelized.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of chicken, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes onto each tortilla. Roll up and serve immediately.
