Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 pieces large tortillas
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle chili powder and paprika over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
Drizzle honey over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is well-coated and slightly caramelized.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of chicken, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes onto each tortilla. Roll up and serve immediately.
