Instructions
1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
2. Boil the hibiscus flowers in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the cooked hibiscus flowers, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
6. Serve the hibiscus mixture on the warm tortillas. Enjoy!
