Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Texas toast
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of Texas toast.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place two slices of toast, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top each slice with a layer of cheddar cheese, then spread guacamole over the cheese.
  5. 5. Add another layer of cheddar cheese on top of the guacamole, then place the remaining slices of toast on top, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
