Thai Beef Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
1. Grill the beef until medium-rare, about 3-4 minutes per side. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mint leaves, and cilantro.
3. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
4. Toss the sliced beef with the salad and pour the dressing over. Mix well.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
