Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red chili, thinly sliced optional
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 head Lettuce for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. 2. Add shallot, garlic, and red chili to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in mint, cilantro, and green onions.
  6. 6. Serve the larb with lettuce leaves for wrapping.
