Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and garlic.
  4. Add cooked chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and divide chicken mixture among them.
  6. Top with shredded carrots, cabbage, and cilantro leaves.
  7. Roll up tortillas and serve immediately.
