Thai Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 pieces ripe mangoes peeled and sliced
1. Rinse the soaked glutinous rice and steam it for about 20 minutes until cooked.
2. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
3. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl and pour in the coconut milk mixture. Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4. Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes on top or on the side.
