Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 0.5 lb Ground Pork
  • 0.5 lb Ground Veal
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, pork, and veal.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
