Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 sheet Nori cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Furikake optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, flake the cooked salmon with a fork.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, mayonnaise, and sriracha to the salmon and mix well.
  5. 5. Serve the salmon mixture over cooked rice.
  6. 6. Top with nori strips and furikake, if using.
