Toad in the Hole Recipe
A classic British dish featuring sausages baked in a Yorkshire pudding batter.

Main Ingredients
- 8 sausages pork or beef
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs large
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
Remove the sausages from the oven, pour the batter over them, and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
