Toasted Caprese Sandwich Recipe
A delicious toasted sandwich with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.
Drizzle olive oil on one side of each bread slice.
Layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on the un-oiled side of two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
Place sandwiches in the pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
