  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
