Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
