A simple and delicious tomato sandwich recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 1 medium Tomato sliced
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise or to taste
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
2. Layer tomato slices on one of the bread slices.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tomatoes.
4. Top with the other bread slice, mayonnaise side down.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
