Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillo rolls sliced in half
  • 1 lb Chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced
  • 1 cup Queso fresco crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
  3. 3. Layer shredded chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, and queso fresco on top of the beans.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each roll and place it on top of the sandwich.
  5. 5. Press the sandwich lightly and cook in the skillet until the bread is golden and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
