- 1 lb beef brisket
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 tostadas
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the beef brisket in a large pot with water until tender, about 40 minutes.
2. Shred the cooked beef and place it in a mixing bowl.
3. Add diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl. Mix well.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the mixture on top of tostadas.
