Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green Beans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
  • 2 cups Oil for Frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, green beans, cabbage, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the wrapper tightly and seal the edge with water.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
