Traditional Filipino Lumpia Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Beans, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for Frying
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, green beans, cabbage, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the wrapper tightly and seal the edge with water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
