  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Red Onion chopped
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce leaves separated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture into the lettuce leaves.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
