  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Bread sourdough or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  3. 3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  4. 4. Place the buttered side down on the panini press. Add a layer of shredded cheese, the tuna mixture, and another layer of cheese. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Close the panini press and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
