- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 8 pieces Taco Shells
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the drained tuna, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
4. Fill each taco shell with tuna, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
