Turkey Carcass Soup Recipe
A hearty soup made from leftover turkey carcass, perfect for using up holiday leftovers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 Turkey carcass leftover
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 2 cups Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Water
- 2 cups Cooked turkey meat shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 teaspoon Dried parsley
1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
3. Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
4. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the broth.
5. Simmer for another 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
6. Add shredded turkey meat, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
7. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
