Twenty-Four Hour Salad
A classic make-ahead salad that's perfect for gatherings.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Green bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
In a large mixing bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, celery, green bell pepper, and peas.
Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top of the layered vegetables.
Sprinkle the sugar over the mayonnaise.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
