Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 pieces Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. Drizzle the sesame oil over the rice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
