Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 pieces Taco shells
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Shredded cheese
- 0.25 cup Sour cream
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
4. Fill taco shells with chickpea mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
