Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 package Pre-made pie crust

Filling

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables Spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  4. Add the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
