Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g vermicelli noodles
  • 200 g cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and chili paste. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, shrimp, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and bean sprouts.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro before serving.
