Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples use a mix of red and green apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup grapes, halved use red or green grapes
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
