Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage sliced
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  7. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
