Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Arrange the wedges on plates and top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled bacon.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the salad wedges. Serve immediately.
