White Bean Chicken Chili Recipe
A hearty and flavorful chili made with white beans and chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
- 2 cans White beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 cup Corn kernels
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Sour cream (optional)
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (optional)
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
Add white beans, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, topped with sour cream and shredded cheese if desired.
