White Chili with Ground Turkey Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the white beans, chicken broth, ground cumin, dried oregano, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
