Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Milk whole or 2%
- 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt with live cultures
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches 180°F (82°C).
2. Let the milk cool to 110°F (43°C).
3. Whisk in the plain yogurt.
4. Pour the mixture into a jar and cover it.
5. Let it sit in a warm place for 8-12 hours.
6. Refrigerate before serving.
