Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Celery seed
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seed
1. Combine zucchini, onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper in a large pot.
2. Add sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and mustard seed to the pot.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in sterilized jars.
