Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with salsa and shredded cheese.
5. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
